We install vinyl, fiberglass, composite, and impact-rated windows along with exterior doors. Product selection, flashing, sealing, and exterior trim are planned together, including repairs to damaged rough openings, sills, headers, and adjacent framing when needed.

Original Charleston wood windows can often be preserved through sash stabilization, re-roping and re-weighting, original-glass preservation, and custom trim replication. When replacement is appropriate, T.E.C. can provide historically appropriate replacement-window options designed to satisfy applicable Board of Architectural Review requirements. Final approval remains with the BAR.

As a TimberTech Preferred Installer, T.E.C. builds and rebuilds elevated decks, screened porches, stairs, and rails in TimberTech, Trex, and pressure-treated decking. Work can include structural framing, damaged-framing repairs, proper flashing, and complete rebuilds.

Architectural and designer shingles installed with compatible underlayment, leak protection, ventilation, flashing, and eligible warranty options.
Hardie siding and shake installed with the required weather barrier, flashing, trim, caulk, and field-applied or ColorPlus finish.
T.E.C. installs TimberTech composite decking over sound, properly flashed framing. Trex and pressure-treated decking remain available when they are the right fit for the project.
